ZADIMA Well-Being Systems

Meet Omar Alsharief — Well-Being Researcher & Coach

Health and well-being should not be reduced to one workout, one diet, or one motivational idea. Whatever you are facing — physically, mentally, or both — you deserve someone who studies the full picture.

15+years researching training science and applied movement.
12+years studying nutrition and hormonal health.
7+years focused on biopsychology and human behaviour.
30–90+supporting real people across ages, cultures and health challenges.

The question behind the system

He did not collect qualifications. He chased answers.

One question drove everything: how can sustainable well-being become genuinely accessible to real people, with real lives and real health challenges?

“You cannot sustain what you do not understand.”

ZADIMA is built around understanding before pressure, structure before motivation, and practical application before perfection.

A system, not a single discipline.

Omar’s path moved from pharmacology to economics, biopsychology, training science, nutrition, and applied research. His Bachelor’s Degree in Economics shaped how he thinks about the relationship between well-being, resources, access, productivity and real life. No single discipline held the complete answer, so ZADIMA connects the pieces most people treat separately.

MovementStrength, mobility, posture and physical capacity.
NutritionFood decisions, energy, appetite and recovery.
PsychologyHabits, stress, discipline and behaviour change.
HormonesEnergy, mood, motivation and biological signals.
EnvironmentRoutine, work, family, culture and real-life barriers.
AccountabilityLearning, applying, reviewing, adjusting and sustaining.

He studies what his people need, then turns that learning into simpler, more accessible, and more practical systems for real people with real responsibilities.

The story behind Omar

A life shaped by service, loss, study and rebuilding.

ZADIMA was not created as a normal fitness brand. It grew from personal experience, research, business, community work and a long search for what helps people sustain themselves.

Born into service and education

Omar was born in Medina, Saudi Arabia, into a family where service and education were demonstrated daily. His father supported struggling students. His mother taught village girls with no other access to learning.

A question formed early

After losing his father at fourteen, grief became stillness, junk food and weight. Underneath it, a question formed: how do I help people avoid what my father faced?

Across disciplines and countries

In Egypt, Malaysia and New Zealand, Omar moved through economics, psychology, property, community systems, fitness, nutrition and research — always searching for the complete picture.

Rebuilt through what he studied

After a serious accident and concussion in New Zealand, Omar applied years of research to his own recovery. What he believed had to work under pressure. It held. He rebuilt.

What this means for clients

You are not treated as a body part, a diet problem, or a motivation issue.

You are treated as a whole human being: biology, behaviour, emotions, environment, responsibilities and goals. This is why ZADIMA is designed as a well-being system, not a collection of random sessions.

Research-informed. Experience-proven. Built for real life.

ZADIMA gold mark

The meaning of ZADIMA

Provision for the journey. Steady rain that keeps growth alive.

ZADIMA was born in 2023 and named after Omar’s two daughters.

ZadProvision for the journey.
DimaThe steady rain that keeps things growing.

ZADIMA is the answer to a fourteen-year-old boy’s question, refined across decades, countries, cultures and real life.

Your health is not an expense. Neglect is the real expense.

Start with clarity. The first step is not to change everything. The first step is to understand your current situation, your barriers, your habits and the next practical direction.

ZADIMA supports well-being through education, movement, nutrition guidance and lifestyle strategy. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from your GP or qualified health professional.
